Week 3 of T25

So I just finished up Week 3 of T25. I am still having good results, I am trying to stay on track and eat right,I watch what I am eating all the time. I try to keep sweets and goodies to a minimum. This week I only missed 1 day of workout. Well 2 actually but I made the 2nd one up, so I doubled up on Thursday and then again on Friday as per the schedule. I am seeing the changes especially in how my clothes are fitting me. I feel so much better in them and things that were tight not that long ago are getting much looser. The pounds lost are slowing down but then I know because last weekend I ate a lot of bad stuff so I am sure that is the problem. Although I did eat pretty healthy all week long. So here are my updated stats. I have lost 4.9lbs since the start of T25 and 11.5inches overall.

So official current stats are:
Weight: 147.7lbs
Chest: 33"
Waist: 26"
Hips:36"
Thigh:21"
Arm: 11.5"

Week 2 stats

Sorry I keep forgetting to update. So I am going back and at least entering my stats. Week 2 I only working out 3 days that week instead of the full 5 days.

T25 Week 1 down

So by Thursday morning last week I had lost 3.5lbs but then I gained because I ate normal food. Yeah this is my new struggle, if I do not live on salad, shakeology and chicken my weight comes back.. I am trying to figure this out and see what I can do, because honestly I can only tolerate so much chicken... So my first week results was down 2lbs and loss of 4inches overall.. Maybe my scale is just broken... Not sure.. : /   So anyways that is me.. I gained by eating over with weekend so I am almost back to where I was last Monday.. I tell you this weight loss thing is a MAJOR struggle! So yes T25 works, the fast track eating plan works as well. I will post photos after I hit the 30 day mark. I am hoping to see some amazing results.

T25 3 days in...

Okay so as I mentioned I started T25 Monday, I am loving this program so far, my only struggle is day 3 Total Body Circuit, push ups with arm taps suck!!! I have like NO upper body strength. Lucky for me Tania modify's them and it helps me a lot. So far I have been following the nutrion plan, kind of variated to foods I like, and I have lost 3.6lbs in just 3 days! I haven't measured myself at all since day 1 and I won't until Saturday. Today is Ab intervals so that makes me a little nervous because my core is also a weak point but I know I can do it. I love that this program is only 25minutes a day and it seems like the workout flies by! I don't know how I will ever go back to a longer workout! lol..

T25

Hi all! I know its been forever since I blogged. I just got the new program Focus T25, I did a few days of it last week and then decided to do the fast track meal plan this week with it so I restarted it today. I promise to make a good effort to blog daily or a few times a week. So T25 is the new program by Shaun T, its 25minutes a day 5 days a week, actually the 5th day is double day so its 50minutes but still not unmanageable! Today was Cardio, I really enjoy this program because it has a modifier, also its a better pace than Insanity. Similar movements at times but more focused. I think this is a good stepping stone into Insanity and great for any fitness level. I will add my starting stats in a bit. I forgot to grab them. I am also putting video up weekly of my progress on my FB like page.

So here are my starting stats:

Halfway done with week 3!

Time is just FLYING by with Insanity so far! I just got my Energy and Endurance in the mail today and with having Pure Cardio to do I got nervous, so I downed it, I wasn't really a fan of the taste. I think it was needing to add more water to the drink, I will try it on Friday. The idea of it is supposed to help you push through your workouts and burn more calories. Normally I am dying half way through Pure Cardio and too tired to continue on. I got through all of it today and then took a short break and jumped into Cardio Abs. I am pretty impressed with it so far. My other thought I recently had is I will not show my photos until the end of the program. I will post about me progress and stats but I will save any and all photos till the end. So we can be shocked and surprised together! I am debating on what my move will be after Insanity, maybe try Brazilian Butt Lift again just for a fun short program. Some of my group members want to try Focus T25 a new program by Shaun T, I am considering it, although it intimidates me as well. But I am also not an Insanity graduate just yet. I will keep you all update on my progress as it moves along!

2 Weeks into Insanity... Making Progress!

I am two weeks done with Insanity, I skipped Friday and Saturday this past week because I did a 5k and after that I am usually SO exhausted just from walking that I cannot do another thing, Friday I was just resting my muscles, I didn't want my calves all sore. Today is my second fit test, I will update with those results this afternoon, I am SO nervous about it! I have no clue why I get myself so worked up, I know I can do it. I know if I need to take a break I can hit the pause button and no one will think badly of me.  My biggest struggle these past two weeks has been getting through the whole workout, I really tire out easily, I think mainly its from my body adjusting to the hard workouts again plus I have read post surgery it takes MONTHS to get back to normal. :(  I have been trying to eat healthy and get lots of rest, I realized I was not eating enough calories when the scale wasn't budging, I kept trying SO hard to not eat poorly and I was averaging too few calories. So this weekend I had a cheat on Friday night and Sat morning the scale dropped. Saturday I tried to behave and yesterday as well, lots of running around this weekend. Oh and yesterday I was sitting down in the afternoon while my little guy napped and my right arm was KILLING me, so I was all trying to flex to see what was up, I have a lil mini muscle! YAY!!! I am getting some muscle now! See I am a dork for my excitment. Hahaha. I also will be adding Energy and Endurance drink to my workouts this week when it arrives, so I am working out to Insanity, drinking Shakeology and will be adding the new supplement.

So time for some stats:

Hips: 38" ( I may have done them wrong previously no clue still learning)

Arms: 12" !!!!


So there it is folks, my progress so far. This is a 60 Day program so I hope to lost more in the coming month. I will post fit test stats this afternoon. :)
