2 more days down

Well I am happy to report my abs are finally feeling less sore, core 20 was killer on my abs. My weight is back on the down swing (woo hoo)! Tomorrow is a rest day for me and I am looking forward to it. Fire workouts are still fun except I still feel like this uncoordinated weirdo during it. HIIT is still hard for me but I follow the modified person to help myself out a bit. I felt better over the weekend with Fire 30 like I was kind of getting the hang of the moves. I had to do 40 minutes of Stretch Monday and it was BORING!


I have so far lost 1 " in my waist and 1" in each thigh. Not a whole lot of change but its a start. I am still excited by it and I am working hard on improving my diet, I am back to logging my food/water intake onto My fitness pal, I love that website its SO helpful! I also love getting recipes from Pinterest it keeps things interesting and gives me new foods to try out. I am not a huge breakfast eater normally but between Pinterest and my Abs Diet Cookbook I have found things I will eat for breakfast. I think I need to go shopping for things to make my Abs Diet Burger, its delicious!!!

Day 7 done

  Yesterday we took the kids to the amusement park and spent most of the day walking around and riding rides. So I wound up not doing my workout since we were gone most of the day and then by the time we got home I was tired. So today was my day 7 so I have done a weeks worth so far. I am pretty proud of myself for doing it even on the weekend so far. Today was Core 20 and Stretch 40. Core was pretty good workout and I am sure my abs will be feeling it tomorrow, today stretch was like doing yoga basically. You go through the moves slowly and then on the second and third set of it you move a little quicker.

A week in and my weight is up 5lbs, I am really sad about this. I am going to pre make myself some breakfasts so I can have things fast and easy this week with my older kid going back to school on Thursday. I am hoping some of the gain is muscle since I keep trying to keep my eating in check. My goal by end of September is to be under 180lbs let's see if I can do that.

Day 6 yesterday

  Sorry I forgot to update yesterday. I am keeping up and staying on track and completed my day 6, my weight is currently up 3lbs but I fully intend on getting back to better eating today so I can bring that back down and really get the weight off again. I am sore now from the workouts but not unbearably sore. I feel like I have more energy each day, but I am also sleeping better at night which is nice.

I think in a few months I am going to attempt to train for a 5k, I full intend on starting to take walks often now which I am hoping will help with my weight loss. Everyday is a struggle with my weight and it makes me unhappy but I have to get my mind back into thinking about everything I am doing before I do it. I am considering becoming a coach for beachbody to help others who want to lose weight and whom are struggling since I know how it feels and how far you can come with hard work.
