Boo

So I let myself slack off for a few weeks and I am mad at myself. Last week I jumped back onto the workout train. I had a cold but did as much as I could. I still continue to push myself each day even if I cannot do a whole 30 or 45min workout just yet. 1week down 19 more to go! This is a long program but I am determined to just do this. I have another 40lbs to lose and dang it I am going to do it! I will say this, no matter how out of shape you are you can do this, it will be a struggle at first, I will not lie but I know anyone can do this if I can. So today I got through 15min of a 45min workout.. Not what I want but I am going to try and add time each day to my workouts. Join me in some crazy workout fun.. lol
